  • Check-out Time: Until 12:00 (12:00 PM)

  • Front Desk: 24-hour reception available

  • Identification: All guests must present a valid passport or government-issued ID upon check-in.

  • Smoking Policy: All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

  • Children Policy: Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 0–5 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Booking cancellation

Cancellation & Amendment Guidelines

  • Flexible Rate Policy:

    Cancellations or modifications made up to 24 hours prior to check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to show up (No-Show), will be charged a fee equal to the first night's room charge (plus applicable taxes).

  • Non-Refundable Rate Policy:

    Bookings made under non-refundable, early bird, or promotional rates cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total reservation cost will be retained.

  • No-Show Policy:

    If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without notifying the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be cancelled and treated as a No-Show according to the applicable rate terms.

  1. Payment & Deposit:

    Depending on your selected rate type, full payment or a credit card guarantee may be required at the time of booking. Valid credit/debit cards, cash, or approved local digital transfers are accepted at check-in.

  2. Early Check-in & Late Check-out:

    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur extra charges:

    • Early check-in before 09:00: 100% of the daily rate.

    • Early check-in between 09:00 and 14:00: 50% of the daily rate.

    • Late check-out until 18:00: 50% of the daily rate.

    • Late check-out after 18:00: 100% of the daily rate.

  3. Extra Bed & Guest Charges:

    • Extra beds/rollaway beds are subject to availability upon request for an additional daily fee.

    • Extra adult guests exceeding standard room capacity will incur an additional person charge.

  4. Damages & Property Rules:

    Guests are requested to keep their rooms and hotel facilities in good condition. Any loss or damage to hotel property caused during the stay will be charged to the guest's account upon check-out.

  5. Force Majeure:

    The hotel will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, flight delays/cancellations, or governmental regulations.
